Langtang valley and Yala pea climbing trek is one of the most popular and fascinating scenic and cultural trek into the langtang region of Nepal. Yala peak (5720m) is the shortest peak climbing destination of Nepal. Langtang Valley and Yala peak climbing trek is the nearest expedition trek from Kathmandu. This fascinating peak climbing trek is the combined trek for both peak climbing experience and Tamang heritage village exploration. Langtang is a beautiful valley, which is surrounded by high peaks and from Langtang we can observe the breathtaking scenery of mighty Himalaya’s range of Nepal.

Langtang valley and Yala peak climbing trek starts with a scenic drive from Kathmandu valley (1360m) all the way to Syabru besi. The trek then gradually ascend through the scenic trekking trail of langtang region into the snow-covered region to the summit. On reaching the summit at 5530m, we will be met with stunning views of Langtang Lirung (7246m), Lenpo Gang (7083m), and other snow-covered mountains in the Jugal range. Commence this fascinating peak climbing trek will delight you with adventurous trekking trail, entire wilderness of snow covered region, cultural heritage of Tamang people, natural sightseeing sites, lush green forest of rhodendron and oak and an exotic trekking experience.

Outline Itinerary

Day 01: Welcome to Kathmandu.

Day 02: Half day Sightseeing around Kathmandu.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi.

Day 04: Trek from Syabrubesi to Changdam.

Day 05: Trek from Changdam to Gobre Tabela.

Day 06: Trek from Gobre Tabela to Langtang.

Day 07: Trek from Langtang valley to Kyanjing Gompa.

Day 08: Rest day at Kyanjing.

Day 09: Trek from Kyanjing to Yala Peak Base Camp.

Day 10: Climb from Base Camp to Yala Peak summit.

Day 11: Contingency day.

Day 12: Trek from Base Camp to Kyanjing Gompa.

Day 13: Trek from Kyangjing Gompa to Changdam.

Day 14: Trek from Changdam to Syabrubesi.

Day 15: Drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 16: Final Departure.

Day 01: Welcome to Kathmandu Valley (1360m). Upon your arrival we assist you from international airport to our hotel. Enjoy evening dinner programs and rest overnight.

Day 02: Half day sightseeing and world heritage sites tour around Kathmandu city. Prepare for the trek. Rest overnight.

Day 03: Today we ride a scenic drive from Kathmandu all the way to Syabrubesi (1450m). Explore around and rest overnight.

Day 04: Today we trek from Syabru besi all the way to Changdam (2380m). Rest overnight.

Day 05: Today we trek from Changdam all the way to Ghore Tabela (2980m). Rest overnight.

Day 06: Today we trek from Ghore Tabela all the way to Langtang (3490m). Langtang is the most fascinating and cultural village of this region. Explore the sightseeing and cultural sites around. Rest overnight.

Day 07: Today we trek from Langtang valley ascending all the way to Kyanjing Gompa (3900m). Explore the natural beauty around and rest overnight.

Day 08: Rest and acclimatization day at Kyanjing. Explore around and learn some of the climbing lesion from an experience guide. Rest overnight.

Day 09: Today we ascend our trek climbing from Kyanjing all the way to Yala Peak Base Camp (4750m). Rest overnight at the camp.

Day 10: Today the main day of our trek. We climb from Base camp all the way to Yala Peak summit 5530m). Sightsee some of the best natural scenery around and then trek down towards base camp. Rest overnight.

Day 11: contingency day. In case of bad weather at 10th day we climb the summit today or else rest or explore around the base camp. Rest overnight.

Day 12: Today we trek from Base camp descending all the way to Kyanjing Gompa (3900m). Rest overnight.

Day 13: Today we trek downwards from Kyanjing Gompa all the way to Changdam (2380m). Rest overnight.

Day 14: Today we trek down from Changdam all the way to Syabrubesi (1450m). Rest overnight.

Day 15: Early morning scenic drive back to Kathmandu. Explore the leisure time around and rest overnight.

Day 16: Final Departure. Farewell!!
