Gorkha Lower Manaslu trek is an easy and newly introduced trek that takes you to some of the most historical and cultural places of Nepal into Lower Manaslu region. This fascinating trek is a combined trekking destination that offers you both natural scenery and ancient culture into the historic Gorkha Bazaar. Gorkha one of the most popular touring destination of Nepal is famous for its old history and historic sites, cultural village and world heritage sites. Besides the Manaslu circuit trek, Lower Manaslu route offers moderate trekking, historical tour, pilgrimage tours, agro tourism and community lodge and home stay system. Lower Manaslu Trekking area local people are very friendly and good hospitality for visitor in this area.

Gorkha Lower Manaslu Trek starts with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Kurintar and then trek starts walking into the exotic trekking trail and passing through various colored and cultural villages around. Lower Manaslu Trek begins from Piplechhap near the famous Manakamana Temple and through Gorkha Bazaar, Sirandanda, Barpak, Laprak, Nambai Kharka and Dharchye Danda before concluding at Gyampesal. Commencing this delighted trek will leave you with fascinating sightseeing of mighty Annapurna and Manaslu region and cultural tour into the terrain historic and cultural villages of Nepal.

Outline Itinerary

Day 01: Welcome to Kathmandu.

Day 02: Half day Kathmandu valley sightseeing.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Kurintar.

Day 04: Trek from Piplechhap to Gorkha Bazaar.

Day 05: Exploration day at Gorkha Bazaar.

Day 06: Trek from Gorkha Bazaar to Sirandanda.

Day 07: Trek from Sirandanda to Barpak.

Day 08: Trek from Barpak to Laprak.

Day 09: Trek from Laprak to Nambe Kharka.

Day 10: Trek from Nambe Kharka to Tallo Thotnery.

Day 11: Trek from Tallo Thotnery to Gyampesal.

Day 12: Drive from Guampesal to Kathmandu.

Day 13: Final Departure.

Day 01: Welcome to Kathmandu Valley (1360m). Upon your arrival we assist you from international airport to our hotel. Enjoy welcome dinner programs and rest overnight.

Day 02: Today half day Kathmandu valley sightseeing and world heritage sites tour. After Lunch prepare for the trek. Rest overnight.

Day 03: Today early in the morning we ride a short drive for 3hours from Kathmandu all the way to Kurintar. We then start our trek from Kurintar walking for 4-5hours all the way to Piplechhap (1090m).

Day 04: Today our trek ascend from Piplechhap passing through Kaulebengar all the way to Gorkha Bazaar (900m). We trek for 4-5hours through some of the best natural landscape and colored villages. Rest overnight.

Day 05: Exploration day at Gorkha Bazaar. Explore the historical sites, cultural village and natural sightseeing sites around. At evening enjoy local cultural programs and rest overnight.

Day 06: Today we trek for 6-7hours from Gorkha Bazaar all the way to Sirandanda (1900m). This fascinating village is flourished with ancient cultural shrines and offers you a classis panoramic view of mighty Manaslu Range. Rest overnight.

Day 07: Today we trek for 6-7hours from Sirandanda passing Gyachok village all the way to Barpak (1920m). Rest overnight.

Day 08: Today we trek for 5-6hours from Barpak all the way to Laprak (2100m). Rest overnight.

Day 09: Today we trek for 4-5hours form Laprak passing through Myas Bhanjyang all the way to Nambe Kharka (2700m). This is the highest point of the trek. Explore around and rest overnight.

Day 10: Today our trek descend from Nambe Kharka walking for 6-7hours passing Dharchen Danda (3220m) all the way to Tallo Thotnery (1560m).

Day 11: Today early in the morning after breakfast we trek for 5-6hours from Tallo Thotnery all the way to Gyampesal (970m). Rest overnight.

Day 12: Today we drive for 7-8hours from Gyampesal all the way to Kathmandu Valley (1360m). Rest overnight.

Day 13: Final Departure. Farewell!!
