passes trek journey begins with short and scenic flight to tensing-Hillary
Airport at Lukla. We start our trekking as we land in Lukla and trek up through
the classic route to Phakding and Sagarmatha National Park playing with
enormous Dudh Koshi River, beautiful Sherpa villages, colorful landscapes, and
old monasteries in the land bounded by the soaring peaks. Then, we will trek through
stunning Namche Bazar- the gateway of Everest region, Tengboche, Dingboche and
towards the Chukkung valley. Then we cross the first high pass- Kongma La, and make
up our way towards Everest Base Camp to see the world highest Mt. Everest,
frozen lakes and the Khumbu icefall and glacier and many other peaks. Next, we
hike ahead from Gorakhshep to the view point of Kalapatthar and follows the
path via Dzongla to cross another high pass another high pass, the Cho La pass.
Thereafter, the trial takes us to the cobalt-blue lakes at Gokyo. After
relishing awe-inspiring views from the fifth lake and Gokyo RI, we make our way
to the next great pass, the Renjo La. Then we continue our trek to beautiful
village of Lungdhen, Marlung and catch the route used by the locals to get the
village of Thame. Then we drop down to Namche and treks towards Lukla and fly
back to Kathmandu leaving our foot prints almost all part of Everest region.

Welcome to land of Himalayas, Nepal. Your trekking journey towards
Everest Three High Passes begins today. Your
day begins with an early departure to Domestic Airport, Kathmandu on our
private vehicle to catchmorning flight to Lukla. It will take around 35 minutes
flight from Kathmandu to Tenzing-Hillary Airport at Lukla. Here at Lukla
you’ll introduce to your Porters and crew members. After a short meeting and
introduction with the porters, we start our trekking journey through the
beautiful paved footpath passing typical Sherpa’s villages, green valleys along
with the DudhKoshi River until we reach Phakding village. Overnight stay at tea
house in Phakding.
Day 02: Trek
from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m/11,286 ft.) 6-7 hrs.
Our trek begins with a gentle walk to beautiful settlement
of Sherpa people along with DudhKoshi River. Crossing the series of suspension
bridges, the trek continues to ascend the village of Jorsalle- Sagarmatha
National Park entry point and trekking permit and TIMS checking point. Then you
will able to see the first sights of the Mt. Thamasekru and Everest panoramas
and Lhoste before reaching Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is delightful mountain
town and considered as the gateway of Everest region; built on a steep mountain bowl with excellent
views of the Himalayas with every facilities like restaurants, banks, and shops
etc. Overnight at tea house in
Day 03: Rest
day at Namche Bazaar and excursion Namche and Syangboche (3,880 m/12,726 ft.)
your day is reserved for acclimatization process at the higher altitude. We
will be staying in Namche bazaar to ensure proper rest so that you may not
suffer from altitude sickness in further coming days. After having lunch, we will short
hike towards Everest View Hotel to see the close-up views of Mt. AmaDablam
(6,812 m) as well panoramic view of the world highest mountains including Mt.
Everest. Then we back to Namche, and take rest and enjoy rest of day by
visiting the beautiful town. This day you may have ample opportunities to
explore the Sherpa’s villages, their traditions, culture and primitive
lifestyles. Overnight stay at tea house at Namche Bazaar.
Day 04: Trek
from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,867 m/12,686 ft.) 5-6 hrs.
Our day begins after
the breakfast at Namche. The trial goes steep up through beautiful forest, mind
blowing villages and magnificent views of Himalayas like Mt. Everest,
Nuptse, Lhotse, AmaDablam, Thamserku and Kwangde peak and so on. We continue our trek
towards the village of Kenjoma
and Sansaa to reach PhunkiTanga. After lunch at Phunki we move steeply up
through the pine forest until we reach Tengboche village. Tengboche is
magnificent village of Everest region with a charming spot of close views of
world’s highest mountains AmaDablam. We
will visit renowned oldest and biggest Buddhist Tengboche monasteries
nourishing sprit with the daily praying Buddhist monks which is one of the
prime highlight of the trek. Overnight stay at teahouse in Tengboche.
Day 05: Trek
from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,350m/14,272 ft.) 5-6 hrs.
Today our trek begins with a short hike passing through lush
green Rhododendron forest to reach the village of Pangboche. Our trial passes through
the several Mani walls, typical villages and several Chortens. Following the
ImjaKhola and crossing the bridges, we reach towards village of Orsho- the way
that separates the trial to Pheriche and Dingboche. Following the breathtaking views of AmaDablam we enter the Imja Valley. We
continue our walk towards Imja valley to reach the Dingboche. It is a
picturesque village with beautiful cultivated fields where people grow the food
like barley, and potato and so on. Dingboche is
also known as the gateway for Island Peak Climbing. Overnight stay at tea house

for acclimatization and excursion
another day reserved for proper rest in the high altitude trek. We stop here to
ensure proper acclimatization on a high altitude. To stay active and
safe from altitude sickness in further coming days is very important for you while
trekking in high altitude. After
having late breakfast, we will hike towards the Nagarjun Peak from where we can
see the tremendous views of majestic
peaks like Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho-Oyu, AmaDablam, Island peak,
Cholaste, Taboche and many mighty peaks. We also visit around the beautiful
Dingboche village. After lunch,
we basically have a free time for rest and relax. Overnight stay at tea
house in Dingboche.
Day 07: Trek
from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,930 m/16,170 ft.) via Kongma La pass (5,535m/18,154ft) 7-8 hrs.
Today is one of the tough and exiting first pass (Kongma la
Pass) on your adventurous trip. Our day begins with the breakfast at teahouse.
After ensuring proper rest, we gently walk through the valley and ascend
towards the uphill trial to the great Kongma La Pass. Slowly crossing this
adventurous pass, we descend towards the Khumbu glacier moraines. While
crossing the high altitude path on glaciers you may mislead or difficulties may
occur so follow our guide so that any problems may not create. After cross the
pass, the final descends is most difficult stages and the trial turns north
through Khumbu glacier which takes you towards Lobuche. Lobuche is one of the
beautiful Sherpa’s settlement surrounded by mountains like Pumori, Nuptse,
Everest, Lhotse, and so on. Overnight stay at teahouse in Lobuche.
Day 08: Trek
from Lobuche to GorakShep (5,170 m/16,961 ft.) and hike to Everest Base Camp
(5,364 m/17,598 ft.) and back to GorakShep. 6-8 hrs.
Today is the most
important day of our trek as we follow the Everest Base Camp (EBC). Our
day starts after breakfast at Lobuche and starting with easy and gentle uphill
walk for few hours. Then the trial passes short steep climb to reach the
GorakShep- a small settlement of Sherpa’s near to Mt. Everest. On reaching GorakShep, we keep all our
belongings here and take some rest. After
having lunch, we heads towards the Mt. Everest Base Camp with a huge excitement
and route passing through small rocks, short ups and downs hills covered
with snow all the way. After reaching our
Everest Base Camp we enjoy the breathtaking views of great Himalayas like Mt.
Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Pumori, Khumbuste, AmaDablam, and many others peaks.
We’ll take our time inspecting the Khumbu glacier, ice fall as well make the
best photographs as well videos. After great time and felling high beneath world
world highest mountain, we return back to GorakShep with the same trial since
there is no place and teahouses to stay at Everest Base Camp. Overnight
stay at tea house in GorakShep.
Day 09: Hike to
Kalapathar(5,545 m/18,192 ft.)andtrek to Dzongla (4,830 m/15,850 ft.) 4-5 hrs.
Today we wake early in the morning to climb the top of
Kalapatthar (5,545 m) which is one of the best viewpoints of Everest region.
From top of Kalapatthar we can observe the 360 degree panoramic views with
vibrant sunrise of snow-capped mountains like Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Pumori,
AmaDablam, Cholste, Khumbuste and many other peaks. Then trek down to Gorakshep
and had a breakfast. Our trek continues descend to Lobuche where we stop for
our lunch. After lunch, our walk slightly descend steeply down for a couple of
hours until we reach Dzongla. It is a beautiful spot at the base of the Chola
pass. Overnight stay at tea house in
Day 10: Trek
from Dzongla to Thangnak (4,750 m/15,584 ft.) via Cho La Pass (5,387 m/17,673
ft.) 7-8 hrs.
Today is another tough and exiting day where we cross the second
pass (Cho la pass) on this adventurous trip. Our challenging day begins
after having breakfast on Dzongla. The trial leads to steep-up and then passes
through the icy trials and glaciers to cross the adventurous Cho La pass of the
Everest region. On reaching top of the basin of Cho la, we can admire the
beautiful Chola Lake, amazing views of mountains like AmaDablam and Cholatse.
Finally we cross Cho La Pass and trials leads us through crevasses and rocky
chunks towards the village of Thangnak. Overnight stay at tea house in
Day 11: Trek
from Thangnak to Gokyo (4,750 m/15,580 ft.) 4-5 hrs.
day begins after having breakfast. Today is the short day trek following the fairly
flat trial towards the beautiful village of Gokyo, at the foot of
Ngozumba glacier-the longest glaciers in Nepal. The trial passes through the
rocky paths and highest altitude fresh water lakes- Gokyo lakes and also the
series of six lakes. As we walk high the views of mountains are fantastic where
Mt. Cho Oyu dominates the view ahead. Then the short distance towards the third
GokyoLakewhere the beautiful Gokyo valley situated. Overnight stay at tea house
Day 12: Rest
day at Gokyo and excursion over Gokyo RI (5,357 m/17,575 ft.) and Gokyo lakes.
Today is another day reserved for acclimatization process at
the higher altitude. We will be staying in Gokyo to ensure proper rest. After
breakfast, we will be climbing another best
viewpoint Gokyo RI of Everest region.The top of Gikyo RI is covered with
flapping colorful Buddhist prayer flag from where we can see 360 panoramic
views of world highest mountains like Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu,
Gyachung Kang, Cholatse and Taboche and so on. You can also see the apex vistas
of Gokyo valley and beautiful lakes of the Everest region. You can also see the
massive Ngozumpa glacier- the longest glacier in the world. After collecting
great memories we hike down and rest of the day we take a rest. Overnight stay
at tea house in Gokyo.
13: Trek from Gokyo to Lungdhen (4,380 m/14,140 ft.) via Renjo La Pass
(5,345m/17,532 ft.) 6-7 hrs.
Today is another tough and exiting
day where we cross the third and final pass (Renjo La pass) on this adventurous
trip. Today we start our trek early after having breakfast and follow the trial
towards the end of Gokyo Lake, with the marvelous views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse,
Cholatse and Taboche and then over Renjo la pass. This is one of the difficult
pass of this adventurous trip. On
reaching the top of pass we can admire the breathtaking panorama of Mt. Cho Oyu
and other surrounding peaks. After crossing the pass, our walk follows the frozen
ponds beneath Renjo la, and descends towards the small settlement of Sherpa’s
at Lungdhen to spend our night. Overnight stay at tea house in Lungdhen.
Day 14: Trek
from Lungdhen to Thame (3,750 m/12,303 ft.) 5-6 hrs.
Our day begins after having breakfast. The trial continues
slowly down towards the beautiful village of Marlung.After having lunch, our
trekking trial descend through the BhoteKhoshi River towards the valley of
LangmucheKhola. We get an ample opportunities to explore the beautiful Sherpa’s
villages, ancient and old Buddhist monasteries, rare lifestyles, culture, and
traditions of Sherpa’s and Tibetan peoples in this off-the beaten-path of
Everest region. After a long hours walk we’ll reach towards the beautiful
village of Thame.Thameis famous for spring festival- Mani Rimdu festival (the
Sherpa’s main festival), which held in Mid-May each year. Overnight stay at tea
house at Thame.
Day 15: Trek
from Thame to Monjo (2,835 m/9,301 ft.) 6-7 hrs.
Our day begins with the breakfast. Our trial passes through
the peaceful valley endowed with rich biodiversity and culture. We come across
Sherpa settlement and interacting with the friendly people. We can also admire
the pristine beauty of Mt. Everest, Kongde, Thamasekru, KusumKhang, AmaDablam
and mighty of peaks. Then we reach the beautiful Namche Bazaar. After having
lunch, our walk gently descend through the Hillary suspension bridge over the
DhudhKoshi River and walk through Jorsale- Sagarmatha National Park entry point
and trekking permit and TIMS checking point. Then our trek slowly descend the
beautiful village of Monjo. Overnight stay at tea house in Monjo.
Day 16: Trek from Monjoto
Lukla (2,804 m/ 9,200 ft.) 5-6 hrs.
On the last day of our trekking in the heartland of
Himalayas, we take a breakfast at Monjo and then commence our trek to Lukla. Our
walk gradually passes through the shops and beautiful Sherpa’s villages and
then descends through the bank of DhudKoshi River. We walk through lush
vegetation with blossoms on the trees, Rhododendron and pine forests, hamlets
and crop fields and reach the Phakding village. After having lunch atGhat, our trek
continues crossing more suspension bridge, pine and rhododendron forest,
charming village, prayer stones and flags
towards the gateway of Everest Region-Lukla. On
reaching Lukla, check into the tea house and enjoy our last dinner with the
crew members and porters and celebrates the successful completion of our Everest
three high passes trek journey. Overnight stay
at tea house in Lukla.
Day 17: Fly back
to Kathmandu (1,320 m/4,330 ft.) 35 min. and departure
Today is last day of our
trek in the Everest region. After having breakfast, we take the earliest
possible flight back which is about 35 minutes to Kathmandu. On your arrival at Kathmandu Airport our
representative will easy transfer towards your respective hotels on our private
vehicle. The rest of the day is reserved for
your personal activities. You may relax and rest whole day or explore
around the famous markets and places to do some souvenir shopping. A grand

Airport for your departure flight towards your homeward bound or to next
