Our adventurous journey to Everest Three High Pass Trek begins with thrilling flight to Airport at Lukla, the entry point on Everest Region. We will start our trekking as we land in Lukla and trek towards Phakding. Then, we trek through the route to the Sagarmatha National Park playing with enormous Dudh Koshi River crossing and walk side with Sherpa villages, colorful landscapes, old monasteries in the land bounded by the sky-high peaks to reach Namche Bazaar. Then, we will trek through stunning Tengboche, Dingboche and towards the Chukkung valley as well Island Peak valley. Next, we will cross the first high passes of Kongma-La, as we make up our way to the Everest Base Camp we marvel at the sight of frozen lakes and the Khumbu Glacier. Next, we will hike ahead from Gorakhshep to the view point of Kalapatthar and trailed by the tough climb through another high pass Cho-La pass that lastly takes us to the cobalt-blue lakes at Gokyo. After relishing awe-inspiring views from the fifth lake and Gokyo RI, we make our way to the next great pass, the Renjo-La. Then we continue our trek from Marlung and catch the route form centuries used by the locals towards Nangpa La to get to Thame. Succeeding the conventional route, we drop down to Lukla and fly back to Kathmandu leaving behind our foot prints in the shadow of the Everest.

Day 01: Arrival to Kathmandu (1,320 m/4,330 ft.) and transfer to Hotel

Day 02: Flight from Lukla (2,804 m/ 9,200 ft.) and trek to Phakding (2,623 m/8,605 ft.) 4-6 hrs. 

Day 03:  Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m/11,286 ft.) 6-7 hrs. 

Day 04: Rest day at Namche Bazaar and excursion Namche and Syangboche (3,880 m/12,726 ft.) 2-3 hrs. 

Day 05: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,867 m/12,686 ft.) 5-6 hrs.  

Day 06: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,350m/14,272 ft.) 5-6 hrs. 

Day 07:  Rest day at Dingboche for acclimatization and excursion. 

Day 08: Trek from Dingboche to Chhukung (4,743 m/15,560 ft.) 6-7 hrs. 

 Day 09: Trek through Kongma-La pass (5,535m/18,159ft) to Lobuche (4,930 m/16,170 ft.) 6-7 hrs.

Day 10: Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170 m/16,961 ft.) and hike to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m/17,598 ft.) and back to Gorak Shep. 6-8 hrs. 

Day 11: Hike to Kalapatthar (5,545 m/18,192 ft.) and trek to Lobuche (4,930 m/16,170 ft.) 6-7 hrs.

Day 12: Trek from Lobuche to Dzongla (4,830 m/15,850 ft.)

Day 13: Trek from Dzongla to Gokyo (4,750 m/15,580 ft.) via Cho-La Pass (5,387 m/17,673 ft.) 7-8 hrs.

Day 14: Rest day at Gokyo and excursion over Gokyo RI (5,357 m/17,575 ft.) and Gokyo lakes. 3-4 hrs.

Day 15: Trek from Gokyo to Marulung (4,137 m/13,572 ft.) via Renjo-La Pass (5,465 m/17,929 ft.) 6-7 hrs.

Day 16: Marlung to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m/11,286 ft.) 6-7 hrs.

Day 17: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,804 m/ 9,200 ft.) 6-7 hrs.

Day 18: Fly back to Kathmandu (1,320 m/4,330 ft.) 35 min. and transfer to Hotel 

Day 19: Final Departure. 

Day 01: Arrival to Kathmandu (1,320 m/4,330 ft.) and transfer to Hotel

Staff of Life Himalaya trekking will welcomes you at the Kathmandu international airport. Then transfer you to the respective hotel. 

Day 02: Flight from Lukla (2,804 m/ 9,200 ft.) and trek to Phakding (2,623 m/8,605 ft.) 4-6 hrs. 

After 35 minutes of scenic flight to the small mountain airport Lukla (2810m), our guide will introduce with the porters, then start today’s trekking following mountainside on the left bank of the Dudh Koshi to reach Phakding (2610m). Stay overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 03: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m/11,286 ft.) 6-7 hrs. 

We continue our trekking following the Dudh Koshi River and crossing it many times on the way, after few hours of walking we reach the bustling Namche Bazaar (3440m) which appears ahead as we travel along a path surrounded by pines. Stay overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 04: Rest day at Namche Bazaar and excursion Namche and Syangboche (3,880 m/12,726 ft.) 2-3 hrs. 

Today is acclimatization and rest day. It prevents any unforeseen altitude problems ahead on the trail as we go to higher altitudes on the trek. Namche is tucked away between two ridges among the giant peaks of the Khumbu and has an abundance of lodges, tea shops and souvenir shops as well as a magnificent outlook.

Day 05:  Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,867 m/12,686 ft.) 5-6 hrs.

Today we start our trek towards Tengboche (3867 m.)  enjoying superb views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and close up views of Thamserku. Our trek follows on the gradual trail with few ups and downs overlooking magnificent views of the great Himalaya and wild animals like pheasant, musk deer, or a herd of Himalayan Thar. Stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 06: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,350m/14,272 ft.) 5-6 hrs. 

We start our trekking by descending through Rhododendron forest , the early morning enchanted scenic beauty of Tengboche and the mountain panorama including ranges of Kangtega, Thamserku, Ama Dablam, Taboche, Kwangde, Tengboche, Lhotse and Nuptse. Our route continues through summer pastures to Dingboche (4260 m). Stay overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 07: Rest day at Dingboche for acclimatization. B.L.D

Today is the rest day at Dingboche (4260 m.) for acclimatization. We walk around for sightseeing and prepare ourselves for the journey ahead next day. Stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 08: Trek from Dingboche to Chhukung (4,743 m/15,560 ft.) 6-7 hrs. 

The trek today will be of about four hours. We pass through glaciers, icy mountains and rubbles to reach Chukum. Stay overnight at guesthouse in Chukum. 

Day 09: Trek through Kongma-La pass (5,535m/18,159ft) to Lobuche (4,930 m/16,170 ft.) 6-7 hrs.

Today we start our long day trek early in the morning. We reach Pokalden Base camp and move forward towards the remote area without residence to reach Kongma La pass. Then after we walk steep through the blue clear lake and twists and turns to reach Lobuche. Stay overnight at lodge in Lobuche.

Day 10: Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170 m/16,961 ft.) and hike to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m/17,598 ft.) and back to Gorak Shep. 6-8 hrs. 

Today we start our trekking following the rocky moraine path, view icy glacial ponds and icebergs down below of the Khumbu glacier to reach Gorakshep, where we will stop for lunch and we leave all our stuff there at lodge as this is the last place where lodges are available – then we start our Himalayan journey to the Everest Base camp. After hanging around for sometime in the Base Camp we then return to Gorakshep. Stay overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 11: Hike to Kalapatthar (5,545 m/18,192 ft.) and trek to Lobuche (4,930 m/16,170 ft.) 6-7 hrs.

Today we will climb the Kala Patthar (5545m.) and enjoy the view of sunrise in the Himalayas including the mighty Everest. From Kala Patthar we will have a panoramic view of Mt. Everest and many other mountain peaks like Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtren, Mt. Khumbetse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Thamserku and many more of those wonder peaks. Then we continue our trekking to Zongla. Stay overnight at guesthouse in Zongla.

Day 12: Trek from Lobuche to Dzongla (4,830 m/15,850 ft.)

Today, we will start our trekking early morning as we are going to cross the Cho La pass (5370m). The climb to the Cho - La can be a little tricky as the trail curves round the bergschrund. Upon reaching the top, we see prayer flags, strung across cairns, flapping in the strong wind. The perfect vista of majestic peaks in all directions is breathtaking. After a snack, it's a scramble back down the pass, a rocky, hilly trail across the valley, and a descent to the Yak Kharka of Thaknak. Stay overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 13: Trek from Dzongla to Gokyo (4,750 m/15,580 ft.) via Cho-La Pass (5,387 m/17,673 ft.) 7-8 hrs.

We start our trekking in the morning by crossing the Ngozumpa Glacier on a sandy, shifting trail, the frozen lakes creaking below and beside us as we turn our way to the other side. Once back on the main trail to Gokyo, we have an hour's hike past the second lake to the lodge at Gokyo. Stay Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 14: Rest day at Gokyo and excursion over Gokyo RI (5,357 m/17,575 ft.) and Gokyo lakes. 3-4 hrs.

Today is the rest day at Gokyo. We hang around Gokyo valley and explore the lakes and views of mountains around. Stay overnight at guest house.

Day 15: Trek from Gokyo to Marulung (4,137 m/13,572 ft.) via Renjo-La Pass (5,465 m/17,929 ft.) 6-7 hrs.

Today we will climb Renjo la pass (5345m). This is a truly amazing high pass in Everest region. The Everest itself, Lhotse, Cholatse and Taboche can be seen gleaming in the sunshine. Continuing on from the pass, we walk down through a narrow valley clogged with giant boulders to Lumde. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 16:  Marlung to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m/11,286 ft.) 6-7 hrs.

Early morning after break fast we start our trek towards Namche Bazar passing through the Thame. we will have lunch at thame and visit the monasteries if you want to. after Thame we will reach to the Namche Bazar and have dinner. Stay over night at Namche Bazar.  

Day 17:  Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,804 m/ 9,200 ft.) 6-7 hrs.

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2886 m.)- 6 Hours:Today the hike is real cool & easy, except for a few short uphill ascents and then down to the Bhote-Koshi River crossing it three times. The last uphill climb of 45 minutes will bring you to Lukla. Stay overnight at Guest house at Lukla.

Day 18: Fly back to Kathmandu (1,320 m/4,330 ft.) 35 min. and transfer to Hotel 

Today we fly back to Kathmandu and we will guide you to your hotel. Remainder of the day is free; you can hang out around Kathmandu for a drink or take rest. Stay overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 19: Final Departure. B.

Today is the day to say farewell, we will guide you to International Airport for your departure.
